EASA Visit To The New Parliament
EASA members had the privilege of visiting the Parliament of India, which was an enriching and inspiring experience. Our guide from PRIDE (Parliamentary Research and Training Institute for Democracies) led us through the history, design and working of the New Parliament. We explored the triangular structure built over an area of 64,500 square metres housing the Lok Sabha, the Rajya Sabha, the Central Lounge and offices of constitutional authorities.
It was a proud moment for our members to see the new Parliament, which is not just an architectural marvel, but also a vibrant symbol of India’s aspirations and democratic values.
