EASACT conducted a visit to the school to see its operations and gauge its impact. The principal of the school, Ms. Shilpa Arora, guided us through the facilities and explained the learning environments created for children with special needs. The classrooms were fully equipped. Importantly, the school has also employed teachers and assistants specially trained in care for small groups of students. Moreover, the school continues to assist students even after they graduate from the school. With the school’s assistance, several Class 12 graduates with hearing impairments have successfully secured placements in the hospitality sector. The NGO is doing remarkable work in providing them with vital support and opportunities for a brighter future.
